High School Programs

The Office of Secondary Programs is committed to offering quality educational opportunities for local high school students through programs such as Gemini, 3-1-1, Articulation Agreements and Career Pathways in Tech Prep.

The Gemini Program is a concurrent enrollment program for eligible high school students to complete FLCC courses prior to high school graduation. Students earn high school and college credit simultaneously.

The 311 Program is a time shortened degree program that allows students to complete their senior year of high school and freshman year of college simultaneously. Students take FLCC courses during the school day at both the high school and FLCC. Students can graduate with an Associates degree from FLCC one year after high school graduation.

Articulation agreements between FLCC and local high schools provide students with an opportunity to earn FLCC credit. Articulated credit can be earned by completing a series of high school courses that are equivalent to a college course. Articulated credit is free of cost and is awarded upon matriculation to FLCC.
